Who we are

This website is operated by Poetix Software SRL, a company based in Transylvania, Romania ("we", "us").

What we collect

  • Analytics: we use Umami and PostHog to understand which pages are visited and which actions people take, such as sending the contact form. Umami does not use cookies. PostHog keeps its data in memory for the current page only, so it does not set a cookie and does not recognize you on a later visit. Events are sent to PostHog's EU servers. We do not use either tool to identify individual visitors.
  • Advertising measurement: we use a Google Ads tag to see whether an ad click led to a contact. The tag loads on each page and Google may set cookies. When you send the contact form, we send one conversion event to Google for that visit. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
  • Visit details in your browser: for the current visit, your browser stores the page you landed on, any campaign parameters in the link, and a flag so that conversion is only sent once. These stay on your device. Campaign parameters are also included with the analytics events above.
  • Contact form: if you send the form in the contact section, we receive your name, your email address and the one-line description of your idea. The description is included on the analytics event for that send. Your name and email address are not.
  • Spam protection: the form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which analyses browser and device signals to tell people from bots. Google handles that data under its own privacy policy.
  • Theme preference: your light or dark mode choice is stored in your browser (local storage) on your device. It is never sent to us.

Sending a message to us

If you press "Send Message", your name, email address and idea are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. We use this information only to reply to you and to discuss your project.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to follow up on a potential project. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your own country.
