From idea to production in 6–10 weeks.

Exact timing depends on scope and complexity. You get the estimate in writing before we start.

    Discovery

    We pin down the first users, the data you already have, and the systems this has to talk to. You leave with a written scope and an estimate.

  2. 02 · About 1 week

    Strategy

    We choose the stack, sketch the journeys, and cut the list to what fits these weeks. You approve that cut before design starts. On an existing codebase, this week is a read of it and a list of what we will change.

  3. 03 · 2-3 weeks

    Design

    We design the agreed journeys and put them in a prototype you can click through. We revise the flows that fail that pass, then freeze the screens for the build.

  4. 04 · 4-6 weeks

    Development

    We build the frozen screens against a working API. Each week you get a staging link: what is done, what is next, and anything cut to hold the date.

  5. 05 · About 1 week, then ongoing

    Launch & Scale

    We deploy, watch errors and response times through the first days, and turn what people actually do into a short list for the next release.

  • A typical MVP moves from scope to a working production product in 6–10 weeks. Larger products take longer. Timing depends on scope, and you get the estimate in writing before we start.

  • Most products are React and Next.js, with React Native when they need to ship on iOS and Android. APIs are Node.js or Ruby on Rails. AI features call Gemini, Claude or GPT, with a fallback when the model fails.

  • We offer both fixed-price and time-based models, depending on the project. Cost mainly depends on scope, number of platforms, and how much design work is needed. You'll receive a written estimate before work begins, with no hidden fees or surprises.

  • Yes. We join codebases that are already in production, work in your repo, and ship alongside your team. We start by reading the code and telling you what we would change.

  • Yes. After launch we can stay on for fixes, monitoring and the next features, so the first release is not the end of the engagement.
